This Strawberry nectarine smoothie bowl is just one combination that I like. But you can do so many variations of fruits, vegetables and lots of different toppings.
Strawberry Nectarine Smoothie Bowl
Servings 2 portions
Ingredients
Smoothie:
- 150 grams of Greek yogurt
- 200 grams of frozen strawberries
- 2 nectarines
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Toppings:
- 1 nectarine
- 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons of flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons of hazelnuts
- 2 tablespoons of Skyr yogurt
- 2 teaspoons of pollen
Instructions
- In a kitchen blender, mix all smoothie ingredients (yogurt, nectarines, strawberries, honey) until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water or milk.
- Divide prepared smoothie in 2 bowls. Slice the remaining nectarine, chop the hazelnuts and place all ingredients for topping on top of your smoothie bowls. Serve immediately.
