Ingredients
- 560 grams of corn (2 cans)
- 2 of spring onions
- 280 grams of sour cream
- 1.5 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Finely chop the young onions. Drain the corn from the can and put it in a bowl along with sour cream, onion, vinegar. Then add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.Serve the salad cold, so put it in the fridge for a few hours. It helps if you have previously stored corn in the fridge.
