Amazing yummy chocolate lava cake with peanut butter flavor and actual peanuts inside will impress everyone who tries it.

I never knew baking lava cakes is this easy and fast. This was my first time making it and I already baked this recipe 3 times, it was so good. J

There is a possibility you will need to bake the cakes one minute longer or even take them out earlier, depends on your oven and other things, so don’t be disappointed if the first time doesn’t come out perfect. Just adjust and try again. 😉

You can skip the flour dusting part if you are confident that the cakes will jump out easy. Just don’t skip out the butter part.

How to get this little treats out of the baking cup?

When baked, you can gently loosen the edge with sticking a knife in between cake and baking dish to make sure it’s ready to jump out. Cover the cake with a plate, flip it over, and then lift up the baking cup.

Serve with some lightly beaten whipped cream and fruit to make it fresh and exciting.

Cakes are usually served straight away when hot. But you can still make them ahead of time and just warm them up in a microwave for a few seconds. Make a test with one to make sure it is just right and don’t leave it too long in there, the hot middle can actually burst out.

  • 40 grams of flour

  • Remove from the oven. Let it sit for a minute then flip it over on a plate, sprinkle with cocoa powder, serve while still hot with some whipped cream and fruit, like strawberries.
