Additional coconut flour for rolling in (about 30 grams)
Instructions
Peel and finely grate the carrots.
Place dates in a blender and blend as much as you can. Then add in the carrots and the seasoning (salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, lemon juice and vanilla), ground walnuts and blend again. Finally add coconut flour and blend once more. If it isn’t blending just stir it with a spoon.
Shape larger balls with your hands, roll it in coconut flour and serve. You can chill in in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
