To a big bowl add the flours, ground hazelnuts, sugar and stir. Then add in softened butter, egg, rum and few drops of vanilla extract, then knead with your hands until ingredients come together in a big ball of dough.
Then take about half a table spoon of the dough in your hands and roll and shape it into a moon shape cookie. Place on a baking paper on a baking tray and continue doing the cookies until you run out of cookie dough.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes.Leave to cool down then dust or roll them in icing sugar and serve.
