Finely chop the garlic or squeeze it through a garlic crusher and finely chop up parsley. Add both to a bowl with softened butter (leave it at room temperature or soften it up in the microwave, but don’t melt it), season with salt and pepper and stir it up.
Cut your ciabatta bread on half, sliced lengthways. Put it on a baking tray with some baking paper. Spread it with previously prepared garlic butter.
Bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrease Celsius for about 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the bread and remove when it gets a bit brown at the edges.Slice and serve, it’s good warm or cold.
