Peel and chop the onion and garlic. On olive oil, cook onions until translucent and season with salt, then add the garlic and spices (ground cumin, cinnamon, oregano, coriander seeds, chili) to smell nice, then stir in the minced meat and cook. Add wine and cook until it evaporates.
In between, cut the peppers into larger squares. Whole tomatoes just chop finely. Add sliced peppers and tomatoes and tomato puree to the meat, add half of the beans, corn and 2 dl of water. Cook over low heat for at least 2 hours and stir in between.
Towards the end it needs a little more stirring, as the dish is thickening and when it is thick enough, taste it, season it more if needed, then add the remaining beans and chocolate.Serve hot with a piece of corn bread or add tortilla chips, sprinkle with cheese, onions and other things as desired.
