Cut the chicken into larger pieces and salt and pepper very lightly. Sear it for a few minutes in coconut oil, just enough to color it nicely and cook until done.The meat is then placed on a plate and covered with aluminum foil.
Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a large cup and mix so that there are no lumps and then pour into the pan where you cooked the meat. Boil for at least 10 minutes until it thickens nicely. Stir several times in between.
