Ingredients
1 can of sardines in sunflower oil (125 grams)
80 grams of cream cheese
30 grams of pickles
40 grams of sun-dried tomatoes in oil
A sprig of parsley
30 grams of sweet cream
Salt
Black pepper
Instructions
Put sardines and a little canned sunflower oil and all the other ingredients in a kitchen mixer.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Grind into a coated spread, if you find it too thick, just add a little more canned sunflower oil.
Serve with your favorite piece of bread.
