Mix soft butter with sugar to make it creamy, then add egg, vanilla flavor and honey and stir.⠀
In another bowl combine dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt.) Then add dry ingredients into prepared butter mixture to connect all the ingredients. It comes out sticky.⠀
Place the dough for 1 hour in the fridge.⠀
With the help of a teaspoon and your hands shape little balls and roll them in sugar then place on a baking tray with baking paper. Leave some space between the cookie balls as they will spread. ⠀
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for up to 12 minutes or when you see they get a little color at the bottom edge. Take them out of the oven and allow to cool and harden, then they can be moved.
