First put sesame seeds and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in mortar with pestle to crush the seeds as much as possible to gain a sesame paste.
Then put all humus ingredients in the kitchen mixer (chickpeas, sesame paste, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, chopped chives, crushed garlic) and season to taste (salt, chili). Mix and, if necessary, add water (1/2 deciliter gradually) to give a texture that you are comfortable with.
Peel the carrots and cut them into even strips. Put coconut oil in the pan and then the carrots, which are salted a little and seasoned with thyme and then roast and stir until carrots are crunchy no more (up to 15 minutes somewhere). Then remove from the heat, add agave syrup and stir. It can be served cold or warm.
Just spread the humus on any bread and add the glazed carrots on it and enjoy.
