But I am now. This Barley stew is easy to make, you just need to add the ingredients in the pot and then occasionally stir it while it cooks so it doesn\u2019t stick to the bottom and it will turn out good.<\/p>\n<p>I love how thick this Barley stew gets and even develops more flavors from smoked ribs if you cook it a day before you will eat it. This is a humble dish that gets you full especially if you like having a slice of bread with it.<\/p>\n<p>You can add other smoked meat parts or even a sausage.<\/p>\n<\/div><div Then add sliced smoked ribs and seasoning (little salt, black pepper, bay leaf). Pour in hot water to submerge all ingredients and cook on low heat for at least 40 minutes, so everything is cooked, stew thickens and flavors develop.
