They are so perfect for Holiday season.<\/p>\n<p>A few pointers to making Cinnamon Star cookies \u2013 make sure your dough will be hard enough not to fall apart when you mold the cookies, they will be a bit sticky, which is fine as long as you work gently. I bake them in the middle of the oven.<\/p>\n<p>Frost it thinly so you don\u2019t run out of the meringue, also too much of it will just crack and bend.<\/p>\n<p>After they are baked, leave it to cool down and then try to move them when they completely harden.<\/p>\n<p>You also can change things up by adding different nut combination.<\/p>\n<\/div><div a big bowl to a hard snow and add the icing sugar, vanilla aroma and whisk some more until you get hard snow that holds its shape. Take 3 table-spoons of to a bowl and place it in the refrigerator. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4871-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Then add to the remained snow other ingredients like cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and nuts and stir it to combined but sticky dough. Take a piece of plastic kitchen foil and place the dough on it and cover it with another piece of plastic foil and then roll out the dough. You can take the foil off and replace it again if needed during this process and roll forward to 5 millimeters thick. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4871-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Then take the dough with the foil and place it on a straight surface like a kitchen board and put it into refrigerator for at least 1 hour so it hardens. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4871-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Then place it on kitchen counter and remove the foil on top and cut out star-shaped cookies with your cookie cutter and place the cookies on a baking try that you already placed baking paper on. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4871-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Remained cookie dough just press together, place the plastic foil on top and roll out again, remove the foil and continue making cookies like this until you run out of the dough. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4871-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cover each cookie with whipped snow (meringue) that you left in the refrigerator with a spoon or you can pipe it. Then bake the cookies for 16 minutes on 130 degrees Celsius and then set your oven to 130 degrees and bake for 15 minutes more.
