We adore it here and I really cook it many times. The soup is easy to prepare and very tasty.<\/p>\n<p>I also prepare homemade pumpkin puree, from roasted pumpkin and it is in stock in the fridge for a few days that I use it regularly, but it can also be frozen and stored for later. pumpkin puree. If you don\u2019t have it in stock, take a fresh butternut squash, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Cut into larger pieces and drizzle with olive oil on a baking sheet with baking paper. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius until soft and lightly colored. If necessary, add some more water.
