I even made this meatloaf the day before, put it in the fridge and baked it the next day, which means the flavors were really mixing and it was very tasty and soft.<\/p>\n<p>Usually I put some additional vegetables in the baking dish from which I later make a gravy.<\/p>\n<p>When I remove the meat loaf, I put a little water in the baking pan and heat it on the stove so that everything that sticks to the baking tray separates nicely, then I mix everything and thicken if necessary to make a gravy.<\/p>\n<p>This is really the best part of roasting meat in the oven. chop the rest of them. In a saucepan with olive oil, cook it until soften, stirring for about 10 minutes. Add roasted vegetables and mix well. Then put the mixture on a baking sheet in baking pan and shape it into a loaf.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4017-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">When satisfied, add 2 deciliters of liquid (1 dl of water and 1 dl of wine or just water) to the baking pan and add remained carrots and onions, then cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. After that, remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 30 minutes, until the meat is browned nicely.
