This Ciabatta Garlic Bread is super easy to make and once you will eat it you will forget about the store bought garlic bread for sure. It is done in 15 minutes, super garlicky, crispy at edges and soft, buttery in the middle. So delicious!

If you eat it warm it’s even tastier.

Just make sure you keep an eye on the bread while it’s baking, because it can burn fast and it would really be a shame to ruin it. Just let it slightly browned and it’s done.

Ciabatta Garlic Bread

Cook Time 15 minutes
Servings 1 ciabatta

Ingredients

  • 1 ciabatta (300 grams)
  • 4 garlic cloves (25 grams)
  • 130 grams of butter
  • 15 grams of parsley
  • Half a tea spoon of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  • Finely chop the garlic or squeeze it through a garlic crusher and finely chop up parsley. Add both to a bowl with softened butter (leave it at room temperature or soften it up in the microwave, but don’t melt it), season with salt and pepper and stir it up.
  • Cut your ciabatta bread on half, sliced lengthways. Put it on a baking tray with some baking paper. Spread it with previously prepared garlic butter.
  • Bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrease Celsius for about 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the bread and remove when it gets a bit brown at the edges.
Slice and serve, it’s good warm or cold.
